Decided to make a new post for some to look at if they have relatives down there they are worried about, here is a link you can copy and paste that will take you to a web page where you can fill out a form and get into the pipe line and they will handle the health and welfare messages as they can get to them, the internet is going to be the best way to do this for now. Been listening to the radio traffic out of the area for the past couple day"s,75 and 20 meters have been busy, things haven"t gotten any better, the band conditions are not that great right now on the radio, the 20 meter band has been in and out, just been keeping it on in the background in case they need someone to relay something and by chance I can hear good enough to pass on, have to get the other antenna back up soon. Now you herd it here first, they have 5000 portable generators on the way, that is right, 5000 to power the cell phone towers, hospitals, ect. should be there soon, along with 100,000 gallons of gasoline, with another 100,000 to follow in 2 days by ship If you have friends or relatives in the area and are looking for information go to WWW.saturn.org and click on the health and welfare link and fill out the form, it will get into the system , this is about as good as it"s going to be for a while, not much left down there that is still working. Good luck hope all your relatives and friends are safe.
Kevin
