A few soilders from Michigan, asked for a pool to have in Iraq. Well the pool company ended up sending 3 pools over. I hope that cools our soilders over seas.

Wasn't the original drive into Iraq timed so the initiative would be over before the hot season?

Uhh-, maybe you forgot, THEY killed 3000 Americans who were just going to work. Remember--planes flying into buildings? Also, you should look up the data on the number of innocent people killed in auto crashes, cell phone use, and going to fast, something we can control.!.

So lets get this right, thier innocent people in Japan were responsible for our innocent people in Hawaii getting killed and that made it alright, but it"s not alright now??? I see how this is.

I'm not the kinda guy that'd go into a grocery store and shoot men, women and children. I'm not the kinda guy that'd go into a school and kill teachers and students.

But I WILL go into a foriegn land that seeks to destroy us, and will do what I have to do. Those people know what their country stands for and they condone it. They have chosen their path, and the consequences are theirs to accept.

Yes, war is terrible for all sides. But war is not a "politically correct" zone. Kill or be killed.

Keep up the good work soldiers! Anyone who thinks it's a travesty when a non-US "civilian" dies at the hands of soldiers needs to read the Bible -- "Live by the sword, die by the sword."

America needs a health check! Alot of us feel it's a terrible thing to humanly put down an animal, and the public raises an outcry when they want a no-kill animal shelter so they can spare all those animals. But down town under the bridges here, and out back in the alley's there are people looking through the dumpsters everyday for food. Why do we care more for animals than man?

Thanx,
Matt

Sounds like the same plan as now.Lots of innocent people killed everyday (mostly US soldiers)just spaced out longer doesn't seem as bad.

I agree with you Mike, but then I agreed with MacArthur and we should have dropped it on China and we wouldn"t have been in Viet Nam either. He said then, "We"ll fight "em now or we"ll fight "em later". Guess what? Oh well. We all have 20-20 hindsight. What we really need to do is wean ourselves off of oil, let the A Rabs eat sand, and wash it down with their oil. Get old Akmed out first of course. Oh well. Harley

I agree about the oil. I think that G.W. and Dick got us into this mess to protect their oil business. I've got oil under this place but no one will drill because they want to keep the oil prices high. Afganhistan was to build a pipe line. Iraq is to get the oil.
War is now, always has been, and always will be, about money. I say protect America first, let the rest of the world look out for themselves.

I guarentee you one thing - With this administration and any one like it, we'll never be weaned off oil. They are the oil men. That's why we're in Baghdad... Next stop, Tehran.

I'm with Rusty - we can argue for or against all day long, but those soldiers need our support.
When I came back from Vietnam, kids my own age spat threw dog crap on me at the SF airport. If I have any say at all, that will never happen to another American service man or woman.

Scrape up the pieces after each attack and spray the pieces with pigs blood. Spray ever bullet or mortor with it.We have lots of pigs blood and I would even pay with pride to furnish some FedXed to Bagdad. FOB. Jerry
