Invent Tractor Challenge

Looking for input. I would like to know how much interest there would be in setting up a challange whereby participants invent and build their own "idea" tractor from scrap parts in junk yards. The tractor must not run (can use ceased engine), just needs to look like a tractor. I got the idea from a road side tavern in Montana where they built one using spare parts from a shop clean out that they were going to throw out. I have read many a forum where people ask about how much and what make of tractor should they start with in this restoration hobby. A "make your own" would be an inexpensive way to enjoy the hobby at onset. The challenge would be open to everyone. I took down the specs on the Montana tractor and am building a spec sheet to give basic qualification to the challenge tractor.
