Does anyone know where or what size the bearings and seal are for this pump on a wagner I think , Loader. The number cast in the pump
is 12 8 343 or 12 9 343 can't tell if its an 8 or 9?? Its the front mounted pump that hooks
to the crank pulley with a stinger shaft.

Vickers was taken over by Eaton in 99 if I remember right. I worked for Vickers for 13 years, but I don't remember much about those pumps, I did more machining than assembly. I'd try looking for a company that rebuilds pumps, they should have that info on hand, or at least be able to get it. Maybe Eaton has some sort of tech support that could help you out.

Dave: A vickers vane pump is one of the easiest pumps to rebuild in the field there is. But I need the other information.

Dave: See what numbers are stamped in the rear cover and check your mail box.

I have found that its cheaper to replace one of them then it is to try to fix one.
