Sears doesn't make em,so we have to determine the mfg that actually built it.Sears tractors are currently built by a division of Electrolux Intl, but in the past have been Murray,MTD,AMF,David Bradley,Roper and others.Attachments were mostly Haban built. The Sears model no xxx.4567890 prefix will tell who built the unit.Check frame rails, under seat or rear end beneath/behind seat.Probably was a foil sticker :(

OK.that unit was built by Roper/AYP(American Yard Products). As it is a GT(garden tractor)vs an LT(lawn tractor)it should take a sleeve hitch w/o modifications.Sleeve hitches run appx $120 at Sears and with your tractor number they should be able to provide one or point you at a supplier.I believe Roper/AYP was absorbed a couple yrs back by Murray which is now out of business also, but if sears can help, you might try calling Murray...I underswtand the recievers are providing short term in stock parts and tech help.
