If to the left of #28119 there is a TE then I believe you have a 1948 model with a Standard Motors engine. From the engine serial that is what it looks like to me. The TO (tractor overseas) had a different serial # scheme and the Continental engines serial had 6 numbers starting around 100,000 or a little more. I believe this to be somewhat correct.

According to the serial number list provided on this site you have a 1940. I am not all that familiar with the various models of Fergies so I could be wrong.
You can do your own research if you wish. Look on the left side of this page under research and info, scroll down and click on serial numbers, then click on the manufacturer of your tractor. The serial numbers listed will be the first number of each year, so if your number is higher than the first one for 1940, but lower than the number for 1941, then your's is a 1940.
