1995 chevy van-350 1995 toyota camray 2.2 liter 1996 cevy caprice lt1 350 all running on E85 about 30 cents cheaper and around 2mpg loss on caprice 1.5 on yota 2 mpg on van.Still money ahead on price with e85.Tail pipe is much cleaner, before I started running ethanol the yota needed O2 sensors and the ethanol cleaned them and the sensors came back into tolerance.Steve

JD driver unless your cars and truck was set up for E-85 alcohol will corrrode your tank and lines and destroy other parts of fuel system so you are not saving anything as repairs will run more than savings. As for my 01 S-10 it is set up for E-85 plastic fuel tank teflon inside rubber fuel lines bigger injectors and stainless steel fuel lines.

been over a year and no problems I think there is a lot of misinformation out there from the big oil companies and peaple (me too) are resistant to change.Ethanol burns so much cleaner.I have noticed that the smell out of the pipe is no nearly as strong.Steve

If you go to ILL corn growers site they talk about using E-95 for diesel engines but this mix will not work in gas motors .

Any truck that can run E85...which is designated as a flexible fuel vehicle.

Some guys run it in a 50% mix with regular gas in their regular trucks with no problems.

check out the website for places to fill up and vehicles that are designed to run on the stuff.

My truck is not listed. It runs great on E-10, so I could probably run a little stronger blend and be OK. Problem is that the closest station that sells the E-85 is still about 75 miles away.
