here by aurora it has been very lightly sprinkling on and off the last 6 hours. pretty cold also. i wouldnt be surprised if it snowed overnight. hope it holds off cause i only got 80 more acres of corn to plant.

I live in the chadron area and we are getting some snow. We need it to we've had more moisture in the last three weeks than we've had in the last six years.

Yep. Snowing over here a little further west on the Wyoming side of things. Predicting 2 to 4 inches by morning. We need the moisture so nobody is complaining.

When I was a kid and we'd get a spring snowstorm, my dad always called it "poor man's fertilizer"... I guess the snow brings with it a small amount of nitrogen dissolved from the atmosphere.

So it's true -- every cloud has a silver lining!
