Looked at a 39' 9n with loader. Fd oil in radiator, no water in crankcase. Owner died wife knows very little. She said it was running 2 yrs ago. Three point assembly is off but available. She said he broke a pin that disabled the hydraulics and he was in the process of fixing when he got sick. Tractor has some hood rust completly through the metal in places. Rest of tractor is fair paint condition. Any idea of value, she thinks its worth $2K, I think more like $200. Any help would be appreciated.

Swiftsure..... ....you offerin' $200 to a widderwoman for a runnin' 9N tractor? Ya wearin' a bandana over yer face? SHAME!!!

While I HATE givin' prices on N-Tractors 'cuz values can be very subjective depending upon demand and condition and location. But even poor runnin' 9N's are worth $1500 and loader adds as much as $500. So the widow's $2000 is close to being in the value ballpark.

You could argue that it hasn't run in 2yrs so $200 is all it is worth and I would argue yer a less than honest man..... .....respectfully, Dell

With the disabled hydraulics and loader its more like $1500 or so tops in my area. But the $200 amount ain't fair. Hope nobody every tries that with my wife when I'm gone.
