ford 3910 no start

ford 3910 wont start. Get power to the key switch when key switch is turnd to the start position i loose power from the switch going to the starrter. Both the keyswitch and nutral switch were repalced about 5 monthsago and did the same things as now what do ya htink it could be.

It could be another ignition switch. It happens. I would take a multi-meter and ohm out the switch. Determine if it is actually failed. If it is, then there will be continuity everywhere. ie. stuck in multiple positions. You could also have a bad wire. Newer tractors also had a relay in the circuit, but I don't think that the 3910 had a relay in the starter circuit. It's a pretty basic circuit, so just chase it down. Good luck.

I used a continutiy tester on the awitch all have continuty when touched. does thst mean it is bad. It hapened a while ago and sent it off to be fixed worked for 6 moths then the same thing?/

What I generally do, when I suspect a bad switch, is disconnect it. Then, I put one lead of the ohmmeter on the power feed terminal of the switch, and then touch the other various terminals individually while working the switch through it's various positions. That way, you get an idea if the switch is functioning properly, or if the problem is somewhere else in the circuit. It just takes a little playing around to figure out which wire supplies what, and go from there. HTH.
