Mike,

If your tractor is a Leader Model B, it has a Hercules IXB5 L-head 4 cylinder 3 1/4 x 4 133 cu in engine rated at 1250 rpm. It came with 4.00 x 15 front and 9.00 x 24 rear tires. The pto turns 1200 rpm. It is not 540 so be careful if you run anything from the pto. The 7 x 7 belt pulley turns 1200 rpm which gives a belt speed of 2190 ft per minute. It has a Auto-Lite generator, Delco-Remy ignition, Zenith carburator, Handy governor, Air-Maze air cleaner, Purifier oil filter, Rockford clutch, Borg-Warner transmission, Siginaw steering, Perfex radiator (11 qt capacity), Timken front wheel bearings, Timken rear axle bearings, and New-Departure transmission bearings. 1st gear 1-5 mph, 2nd gear 5-15 mph, 3rd gear 15 to 25 mph (sounds like a race car speeds). Reverse is 1 to 4 mph. Shipping weight was 2500 lbs. It has 20" cultivating clearance. It was made by the Leader Tractor Company which is listed both in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio. I suspect Chagrin Falls is an area of Cleveland.
