I am puting together an old mower I have a generator starter. the voltage regulator has got me beat. this 1 has 4 posts 3 across the top and 1 on the back. whats the 1 on the back for.
now F goes to F on the generator? bat goes to the battery side of the starter solinoid?? L goes to the G terminal on the generator along with the main line for starting??
now I still have the back wire to go some where but I dont know where.
This might be simple to some , I am hopeless at electrical I just cand follow the diagrams.
I have 3 wiring diagrams and they all show the regulator configuration differently, even grounded. this one is rubber mounted.

this is a bitza tractor so no I cant get the book for it.
thanks
