I just bought a 580 SuperL backhoe and after owning and operating a SuperK i am having trouble getting used to the hydraulics on the L if you have any pressure on the foot swing pedals at all it slows everything down and labors the engine real bad i have heard you can disable it.Is this normal for the hydrl. pump to stall the engine much more than the K?

Work for a man that has one. After a time I got used to it but have to run engine at full throttle
to get power and speed digging.Talked to case dealer and was told they have changed a lot back
to regular swing.Dealer gave me a page copied from
parts book marking which parts to remove from valves to stop restriction.Don't know what I did
with it though.
