Hi Gang,

Stumbled across a very nice, clean (older paint job) and fully functional IH 300. Rumor has it that the owner is asking $2900 for it.

Trouble is, it has a trike on the front end. How much would this decrease it's value? Down to 'Bout $900 or so?

:>)

Allan

The narrow front might not make it worth any less but I bet it would either not be for sale or already sold if she had the wide front on er.

As my son says...the narrow fronts look like a lady with her legs crossed and the wide fronts look like a tough guy ready to fight!

Mornin' Slo,

Hey! Never thought of that!

As I recall, the do-dad gizmo is facing pretty much Northeast right now. What's that make it worth? :>)

Mine's facing North West so I figure it is worth more. Means there is clear skys headed this way. BTW I learned way to much about Klanker klinkers maybe valve stems are a good direction to go next time???

Now Allen, BE NICE. The farmall looks all dressed up with a nice tight trike on it. Slap a big old wide front under there and it looks like you are reverting back to the training wheel days of your youth. Think back, how many wheels did that first trike you rode have on it? Plus you can see the rock coming that will jerk that steering wheel out of your hand! Migraine

Allan, you're dreaming, but so is the guy asking $2900, unless he's not in any big hurry to sell.

LOL you wish Allen. Would be worth about the same to me. Don't mind those narrows a bit, despite these Ozark hills.
