I bought a tractor from a man , sent him monies by wire ,he was to arange shipping.. 4 months latter he finally did ship at twice the price he quoted me when it arrived it did not start,,looked very diferent than pictures and still wont run even through he said it runs good.. He lied cheated and stole from me ..Email to find out more....

Well at least you got something. I sent this SOB in Hemet California, $1100. (one half the selling price) over a year ago for a Allis Chalmers M and never received nothing! Repeated emails, complaint filed with U.S. postal service and several FRAUD watch sites alerted and still nothing. If I had only used an escrow none of this would have happened. I'm not a rich man and $1100. is a lot of money to me. So folks, watch who ya deal with, the crooks are out there in force. Oh by the way, the guys name in Hemet, TIM CHANDLER. He's ebay some, usually buying. If anyone knows or has been ripped-off by this jerk, email me, maybe we can exchange notes.

Clearly you are disappointed with some aspect of your transaction. It seems strange to me that your recourse is to try to prevent others from buying from Vern Otto. Are you just hoping to have no competition on the next tractor you buy? Many posts have elaborated on ways buyers can protect themselves and do a proper inspection of the tractor they wish to own. A trip to Beausejour, Manitoba would be a good vacation for you,and you could inspect tractors in person and work out your differences privately. I have been to Vern's farm several times. Most of us would be proud to call him neighbor or friend. Sometime you may want to sell that tractor on YT. You will want people to trust you,and have a process for working out differences. I live a whole lot farther away from him than you do(poison your own well) You are judged by the company you keep and You sure know where he lives I am sure you have been to his farm a lot of times (neighbor and friend) lier, cheat and thief is more like it. Like I told him what he did was FRAUD by our standards Explain why he does not use the US mail service..It is not just me either use your search engine on this site and you will see unless your in business with him also..As far as selling this good running tractor I bought from him I will change the engine in it and keep it ...
