Looking for some creative ideas on how to improve our group's participation. This wx I have my BSA Troop selling corn dogs and pop to entice the hungry ones.

Thanks in advance!

We have had a trator show here in Indiana years in a row . The frist year was alright 2 year was better for the parade. This year we had a good parade ,What help was i had a POKER RUN , yes a poker run for prizes. They love it and said they was going to try it at other shows next year.

A couple of months ago the local radio station sponsored a tractor parade that started here, and ended up at a neighboring town 32 miles away. Tractors had to be pre 1960, and you were given a free cap, 10 gallons of free fuel, and free dinner at the end. There were over 100 tractor owners that signed up...big success. Probably the key word here is: F R E E; so find some good sponsors
(PS: Out of 100+ tractors, everybody but two made it to the finish. I understand that those two just had 4 cylinders between them.) :~)

I have been in bike groups for 15 years guys, and it don't matter what group it is, you're going to get 10% of the members doing 90% of the work. Just comes out that way, all the time, Harley
