I had just read some past posts from the 24th and have to agree with some about the music on RFDTV(kinda annoying),but I am thankful there is somewhere that at least you can see an antique tractor on television.I would like to see some kind of step up of tractor pulling shown there though. They wouldn't have to show each and every tractor there but at least the top four or five in each class.Still like the parades and Talkin Tractors too.Max is ok with me but it is very evident which brand he prefers and hosting a show it needs to be equal.I hope they work at it and improve what they have already and make it even better.I have had lots of people that don't even have a tractor come up to me and ask if I watch the tractor show on Dish Network. They thought it was a neat thing to watch.RFDTV has lots of potential.Jack(TN).

That "Talkin Tractors" guy has got to be the poorest interviewer I have ever heard :( Almost makes my hair hurt to watch that show. There was one on tonight and I had to turn it off.
Watching one more tractor pull is not my idea of a fun show. The best tractor shows on RFD are the ones with the calendars. Trouble is, I think I've seen them all a half dozen times.

Makes yer hair hurt, eh?

Must not cause much pain...

Actually, I agree. I can't bear to watch it either. My grandson could produce a better video, and he's six!

You noticed that too. I would like to do a video just one time.. some of these guys just dont know anything about tractors --- or just dont know how to tell a story.

I even have show tapes by guys I know that know tractors better than they come across on tape.

So you have noticed the brand loyalty too!
I like all the brands of tractors and actually own IHC's but have noticed a real biasness to a certain green brand! And I have to agree they should work on that little loyalty problem also!
But with it's little faults it's still nice to have a couple of show's to feed our sickness!
If it's a tractor I don't care what color it is I love it!
I have to say my biggest complant! Would be 6 hours of non-stop cattle auctions!!!
Next would be 4 hours of non-stop horse training, and before I rub someones mane the wrong way! I've owned and shown horeses for years! my thing is just break them up some so someone thats not interested can enjoy the programing to!

I think the plentitude of horse training videos is because all of those guys go on tour with paid "dog and pony shows" everywhere, and putting the video on RFD is kind of like an infomercial for their "clinics". They probably supply them to RFD at no charge, I would guess.

Don"t get RFDTV at home, but watch it every chance I get at the folks. Kind of plan my visits around the tractor shows. Annoying music or not, still good stuff.
