I use a Massey 3 point hitch 2 bottom plow on a case 300 eagle hitch and it hooks up with out any modification.

The Ford plow will be designed for a standard ASAE category 1 three point hitch. I'm not a Case expert, but I believe reading somewhere that the Eagle hitch was a proprietary Case system with different size pins. You may have to do some modificaton to mate the two.

To get a more authoritative answer you might try posting this question on the Implement Alley forum on this site.

Yes the ford plow will fit your Eagle Hitch tractor. However the Eagle hitch has rigid draft arms and will not allow any wiggle to your implement such as an standard three point will.Case overcame this situation by building a swivel device into the cross drawbar. This did or does allow a limited amount amount of wiggle to the plow.I can't tell you how the rigid plow will work because I have only used Case plows with Eagle Hitch.
