Does anybody have detailed step by step instructions how to install a 6volt to a 12volt conversion kit for a Ford 8n tractor. Hopfully with pictures. The instructions that came with the kit are not very good. This is for a front mount distributor. You can fax me the information if you have it. Thanks Alot!!

Why switch? Have never seen a Ford that would not start easy in all weather if it was in good condition. Easier (most time cheaper) to fix the problem than switch. Kinda like the town that built a new hospital because they were having so many accidents at a bad intersection.

Fred..... ....If you are like me, you would rather have written instruction than have to ask someone but, Dell on the 9N/2N/8N/ board has the answers. If you can take answers with a tone of superior attitude, (all in fun, I hope) that is where to go. When I decided to convert, he, and others over there help me to not only do it but, understand what has to happen for it to work. If you understand that, you can write your own step by step instructions. I can now do it right the first time but, he can explain it better. Good luck with you conversion..... E. Ray
