Could be one of many things, but I'd suspect the steering valve first. It has a set up adjustable rocker arms inside of it, two that control left hand turns and two that control right hand turns. Could be that one side is coming apart or has come loose.

Check for a bent spindle, or anything else binding in the steering mechanism, and be sure the steering lines that travel up to the front have not been crushed.

Otherwise, you have a bad steering MOTOR up front, or a bad steering valve.

Begin by tee'ing into the steering pressure lines up front, near the radiator, and check your pressures, while rotating the steering wheel in both directions. A lack of pressure when steered right, or high pressure on BOTH lines when steered right would probably indicate a bad steering valve.
