I need to know the point setting and other tune up specifications for the model 2000 Ford tractor. A tune up sheet would be nice.
I think the tractor is 1963 but not sure. This is my first real tractor.
The number 21201 and 68860 are listed on the left side of tractor. All information would be appreciated.

Your serial # lists yours as a 1964. That model 2000 (4 cyl gas) was only produced from 62-64 so you have the last one made. If you have power steering it was added as an option and increases your value a bit. It shows to be about 31 hp. My information is for my 1963 so I would want to verify both years being the same before giving you wrong info from my manuals. What is it you would like to know?

Thanks Farmer in the Dells and the others. I was asking abought the point setting which I have it set at 0.24 and running fine.
The tractor I have doesn`t have power sterring. But the engine is 134 cu. in. with a side distributor. Nice to know its a 1964 model.
I was wanting a techinical sheet of simple form if available.

Link Walt posted below is great, but basically theres 2-2000 series Fords, early(pre 65)with a 4cyl engine and rounded styling with a "hump" down the length of the hood, and the 65 up 2000s with a 3 cyl engine and squared off styling,Both are good well built tractors in their class.

Look here. Then go to your local TSC, they have a great spec/repair manual for that tractor.
