Ben, Which disease might you be referring to? Are you suggesting that we are diseased because we talk about many things including tractors, or are those carrying a disease those who are one dimensional to where the only thing you have to talk about is tractors, oh yeah, and carping about those who do know how to read or ignore an O.T.thread?

I was wondering if he was the same Ben from RPM.
Everyone overthere just Ignored him and he went away. I think we should do the same thing here. Just Ignore all of the posts he makes, and I mean all of them, no matter how bad it ticks you off. He will go away, and the forum will be a much better place.

guys, don"t mind Ben...he"s the same guy who, a week or two ago, put up a post about how he can"t stand the "political parrots" over on Redpowermag. He then tucked his tail between his legs and run off. Nobody over there could figured out exactly what he was crying about. So don"t take him to serious, he just needs a good dose of Metamucil!

Found his post over there....
" Adios all, I am outta here. Tired of being being trod on for not being a Bush worshiper. Not too much about tractors anymore anyway, Just pictures, bs and politics. Had been keeping RPM subscription going in my uncles name, Not sure if I will continue that or not..... . Do still like red tractors, just not some of the owners attitudes , lack of respect for differing attitudes and hate and fear mongering. You guys are getting just like the green owners I will not be back to read your replies, so only reply for your own self gratification and promotion of your narrow viewpoints. "

Just another reason to go to the new format, keeps the wierdos out....

Ben,

In the last 15 main posts, you have made 2 off-topic posts. Both of those posts are getting alot of attention, thus tieing up bandwidth. You must be a politician. Screaming about pollution as you dump used motor oil into a storm drain!

You tryin" to rub it in with all that tractor iron, or what? Now I feel bad. Only have a Allis B and a Deere 950, and a smaller piece of land. I do have a labrador though, does he count? He kills cats, skunks, possums (not George though).

I"m sittin" here gettin" diversified. I"m at a nascar track in Joliet, no nascars today though. Across the road are runnin" some sort of drag nationals, and there"s some serious iron shakin" the ground over here. Guess I better go up to the roof and take a look, or mosey on over there, since I"m gettin" paid to. LOL. Tough job, I guess I oughta do it. LOL.

Nothin" much against Ron, but sure is good not bein" him and all.

Speaking of drags, did you see that old iron (this site) in the tractor pulls (International tractor) that had a turbo turned up too high.

Blew the block in half (whole top blew off) and they got it blowing on film. What a deal.

The expression on the drivers face was priceless..... what the H.. is going on?

Thank you sir.

My neighbors get up in the morning, get dressed, start up their truck and drive to the town 0f 800 (5 miles) to the coffee shop.

I plan on getting up, firing up the coffee pot, and logging in to my internet provider and yak on YTMAG. Hows that sound.

Hi Ben,

I guess I just don't understand your beef with the topic issue. Don't know anyone who always talks about just one or two singular topics; that isn't the real world, is it?

And, what to you mean by "the real tractor guys"? Now, where is that coming from?

I see you made your post at 1:14 am. 'Spose you are just tired and a little cranky?

Forgot my dictionary this morning, so forgive my inevitable spelling mistakes...
"Familiarity breeds contempt".
It seems that the longer we know each other, the more some of us get on the nerves of others....
This site is ABOUT tractors AND the people that own them. It would get mighty dry and boring if we didn't go off on our little "excursions into the rediculous" every now and then. People are free to come and GO on here. There have been more than one to disappear from the radar screen. When I first started posting on here, there were a few "regulars" that I thought "made" this site. Most of them are gone now. Change is inevitable. I hate to see ANYONE (Well, ALMOST anyone) leave for the wrong reasons. Just ain't good..... .
The ironic part is, the fellow that started this "O.T.Post" is leaving BECAUSE of O T Post's....Hmmmmm mmmmm mm
I'm so confused..... .John

Possibly Ben is afraid that we might convince him to change his mind? The last time I checked, you have to click on an OT subject before you can read it.
I guess that Ben would object, even if we all agreed with him.
Like others have said, Ben, in case you didn"t know, you have the right and privledge to NOT read anything that is posted here.

Good Luck

Britt
