you put spill some Cokecola on the kitchen counter and leave overnite then you have a glue-like substance. Don't think that is going to free your engine.

If your mother says don't chew it

Can you catch it on your tonsils,
can you heave it left and right?
Does your spearmint lose it's flavor
on the bedpost overnight?

Whaatever stuck it will unstick it. When it runs out of something is when it sticks. If it had water on it, when it dried off the water, it stuck. OK!!! SOAK IT IN WATER AND PUT A LITTLE PRESSURE ON IT AT THE SAME TIME. The difference in WD40, Blaster, and water is drying time...JB..deadeye

Never tried coke, but usually use a concoction of penetrating fluid and diesel fuel to break free an engine.

The magic ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. You might try using something a little stronger, like "Ospho" (available in paint stores).

Fact is, not all stuck engines are the same. Just because you got one to break loose with a little coke doesn't mean this will work on the next one.

Never had Coke work, never had PB Blaster work for anything better than I would use WD40 on,vinager I have never tried,I have used KROIL with some success.Best thing I have found to break loose a good stuck engine,SLEDGE HAMMER AND BOARD!Although once, while working on my Super MD, I accidentally spiulled some baking soda into one of the cyliders,it just happen to have some antifreeze in it and a couple days went by before I noticed it.When I cleaned it out,the rust had been disolved considerably.I didnt get the engine broke loose like that but I may try it on day on purpose.

I agree 100% John with your response. I have never had much success or faith in any of the so-called penetrating oils and their ability to loosen up a stuck engine. GENTLE hammering and a board with a good dose of patience and the magic ingredient ... HEAT. I don't think the oil is totally useless, probably only 95% useless.

Use vingear is a mild acid and works good just fill the cylinders and let set top off as needed. 2 weeks to a month rings and all are free. It really does work best I have tried. Uncle used it on a 340 farmall stuck for 5 years and the tractor runs good and doesnt use oil.

P.B. blaster DID NOT work for me. Read the label on that stuff, it"s not much different from any other penetrating oil.

I will have to agree that PB blaster will work. I have not had better luck with any other brand of penatrating oil including some comercial grades we have at work.
