My Dad passed away unexpectedly a few months ago and I"m now left with 4 John Deere tractors. I don"t know much about them (except how to drive one!), and I"ve had people ask about selling them. I don"t want to get ripped off, especially since I have estate court costs to pay. Would anyone out there be willing to help me figure out what these are and provide a general estimate of what they"re worth? Any help is really, really appreciated! THANK YOU!

Anna; Sorry to hear about your dad,it takes time to heal but just always remember the memories. As for the John Deeres let us know what you got, years and hrs. I can help you, deal in them quite often and have friend who deals in the antique ones. Rick

Sorry to hear of the lost of your father.

To add to what Jet9N posted, if you could post pictures or links to pictures of the tractors it would be helpful for a person to assist in appraising the value. Where are you / the tractors located at? Maybe someone would be able to look at them in person and give you an idea of how much would be a fair price for them.

Jim

Where are you located? Maybe there is a local tractor club that could help you out.

First, condolences on the loss of your father.

I would suggest posting both here and on the John Deere board all the info you can:

Model Number
Year model and any other onfo you can thick of that
would be helpful.

Jet

Your should just put them up for public auction, then you will get top dollar for them without someone trying to rip you off.
