I just had a guy tell me that his Duetz tractor front pto rotates in the oposite direction as the rear pto. Is there anyone with experience with these and any truth to what he's saying? Why would you want the front to spin different than the back? You would be very limited in what you could run on the front. Thanks for any help.

The tools that go on the "front" 3 point and PTO are made spl. for the front, also all the front PTO's i've seen run at 1,000 rpm's.
