Around here in TEX the most sought after offset disk is the Miller. Where are you located. The Miller had a very good frame and can be rebuilt almost forever. Also Athens are very good offsets, still built in Tenn. I have a 7 1/2 foot John Deere, but it is a very old one which I rebuilt. Suits my MF 690 at 67 PTO HP. With your 115 HP you can pull about a 10 - 12 foot Miller with 24 inch blades on it. You need 10 PTO HP per foot of offset width to really do a good job with one. Let me know if you are near here, I know of a couple of good Millers that are rebuilt.

Don't know about "best"..... had a 9ft(???) JD PKH for almost 40 years. Never had a bearing to fail or a blade to break. Wore the blades down to the nub....got a deal on NOS blades and rebuilt it; looked like new. No longer needed it; sold it in Feb for more than it cost new. Only weak spot was leaf-spring leveling mechanism; if you crossed a ditch or terrace with disk in ground, you would break the spring. Of course, it took an idiot to do that, but I hired my share of idiots. Bought it when 4020s were our big tractors; really needed a little more tractor than that.....
