I have a Farmall 450 and an Oliver Super 88 which tractor will handle the baler better and make the largest bales. Thanks for your oppions

Changing the tractor will not change the size of the bale.

Well that isn't true, when I had a allis 190xt it would bale a 2500lbs bale and with the 450 its more like 15 to 1800 lbs. So if you use a bigger tractor you bale heaver but with the to I've asked about they are rated as being 55 HP. I'm just not sure if the fact that 1 is 6 cylinder will make any differance

They are both about the same in hp. Try them out and go with whichever works the best.
