I saw that the empire farm show should be very interesting to see even if that is during the week. This hard to find pictures about this show.
Do we see new tractors and combines ? I saw the internet that it has GPS demos. Will it have field demos ?
What is the nearest airport ? I'll come from Miami. If you have any comments to say ...

Thanks a lot.

Cédric

Thanks for comments. I have already been to Penfield for the Antique Farm Show last week.
It wasn't very interesting. And the weather was bad and they had to cancel the most interesting shows. I don't want that happen again. And i don't want to see old tractors or combines.

Is anyone has pictures about that shows, because on the official website there is no pics.

Cedric

It is a great show. This show is geared towards the professional and every ag related technology you can think of is represented. There are some dispays and activeties for the wife and children on site and Seneca Falls has the National womans hall of fame for her also. Seneca Falls is located in the Finger Lakes an extremely beautiful area and the wine producing region of NY plan on a week and explore the area Watkins Glen race track is 45 min southwest if you are into motorsports. There is an airport in Ithaca about 30 miles south,I think it is Northwests commuter line that flies into there but you will pay a premium over Roch or Syr. There is very limited parking near the site do to the volume of folks but they run shuttles from the village every hour. Rooms are going to be scarce so check Waterloo,Geneva for anything if the motel in Seneca Falls are booked. Please come and spend a lot of money. Thank You

Empire Farm Days is a large outdoor 3 day show aug 10-12 held in Seneca Falls NY.You can fly into either Syracuse or Rochester, they both have international airports with lots of flights to/from Fla.Lots of new iron, field demos and some antiques. If you come up and are also interested in antiques, plan on checking out the Pageant of Steam which is held Aug 12-15 near Canandaigua NY 1/2 hr west of the Farm Days site. Lots of antique tractors, pulls ,steam engines, large flea mkt/parts vendor area. Come on up and see why all the old folks who head south for the winter always come back for the summer!!!!! !!

This is by far the best show in the East. All major and most minor mfg's. All manner of field demo's. A full day may not be enough to see it all if you look close. Syracuse and Rochester are the closest towns of consequence, air service there is probably limited to commuter lines. Albany and Buffalo, NY are further, but have more airlines in and out.
