Ok what is the trick to load photos in an auction ad? I think I followed the directions and the photo did not show up. I have a couple more things to list. also is there a way to edit an auction ad ?

Willy,

I haven't used the auction page, but to post a photo on this page, 1st you have to upload it to the "Tractor Photos" page. After it's uploaded, then go to the photo page and your photo listing will be at the top. Click on the link and your photo (and any text you included) will show up. Now right-click on the photo and select "properties". A pop-up window will come up that will provide the "URL address". Left click and hold across this address--starting with "http" and across to the file extension--"jpg". The URL will be blue-highlighted. Now right-click on the URL and select "copy". To be safe, you can paste the URL to a text file like Notepad or Word. Now on the auction page (if it's similar to this page), you should see a small window that says something like "image link" or "image URL". That's where you need to paste the address for your photo.

One last comment--if you can, make sure your photo file isn't too large. Most digital cameras set for the high quality picture setting will save the file at 1MB or larger. Use a photo-editing software to resize and adjust the file down to about 150-200KB. This makes for a quicker upload and quicker viewing. Also less space is taken up on Kim's servers.
Hope that helps you out.
