Well turn the **!##! hosepipe off then!
In the time you took to turn the computer on to post this you would have seen for yourself. Alternatively, go and look now. It will have all drained by now.

If it was after you filled it, and started it, it could be the overflow as the water expands as it heats up. Btw, if it is a leak I would think it was there before you filled it up!!
Hoping it is not a crack and that you have lots of fun with the old iron.
I don't know how much experience you have around these old things, so please be safe and enjoy it.
Regards, RAB

PS what was it - you have had time to look now.

been farming for 35 years and am ase certified mechanic. pops and i bought the 2n this past fall to restore and make a lawn mower out of. always drove dem green un's . wasn't sure what he did to winterize it, was hoping it wasn't the radiator. hoping that maybe he pulled a plug or did something that i couldn't see. hadn't had time to get back on that yet had to plant and roll some hay
