I dunno, I don't think begging in God's name is very dignified.

Sounds like the good Reverand is the vicar of the First Church of the Open Palm. Good things come to those who scam.

Here are a few words for the "Good Rev. James," I think that he needs a refresher course in Theology.

Leviticus 19:11
"Do not steal. Do not lie. Do not deceive one another."

Deuteronomy 5:19
"You shall not steal."

Proverbs 17:16
"Of what use is money in the hand of a fool, since he has no desire to get wisdom."

Les, The "Holy Revrend" seems to be of the opinion that God will provide, even if its at your expense. I think I would send him an E,Mail in reply and tell him that you prayed on his offer and that God revealed to you that the "Good Revrend" was a crook.

Yeah. I sent off one this morning and am worried the recepient will think I'm a cook and not respond.

It is 400 miles away and I don't have a trailer large enough to haul it so I will have to have it hauled.

I had another scammer respond to me on the same ad (Well, who knows, it might be the same guy. His English was about the same). He said he was in Lennoxville, Quebec. That is less than 3 hours from me but somehow he couldn't get here to look at this tractor he just had to have and he didn't realize that you could buy a money order in Canada redeemable in US funds. I told him when he or his representative came to my place and crossed my palm with the correct amount of money in the form of cash or money order that they could, at that moment, take that poor old SC and do with it whatever they wished.
