Looking for a plow for my d-17. I'm not a farmer and don't know what size to buy? I have a 3-point hitch, but my old plow was too small. Any suggestions?

Greg, I have three plows sitting to the rear of the barn which were pulled by a D17 series III tractor. They are 4 x 14 with snap couplers. I don't use them. Thought maybe I'd scrap them for the iron...Interested? What area of the country are you located in?

Deamer, Where are you located? I am looking for snap-coupler 4x14 plows for my D17 like we had when I was a kid. I'm located in NY and would pay scrap price or more for good plows that aren't to far away. Roger

I'm not a Allis man, but had neighbors with D-17's, and the only plow I seen mounted on them were 3X14's. Some three point, and some snap coupler. Don't know your location, or soil types, so that could be different were you are. Don
