We have a 1370 Case tractor when we bought it they told us that the park gear was out. No problem but sure would be handy to have. Has anyone put one of these gears in. Do you haft to split the tractor or is their an easy fix. Hopeing so anyway. Thanks for any helpful input anyone can give.

More than likely it's the pawl arm that is broke.

It is made of light cast. If park is engaged while the tractor is moving, it's the "safety" feature, and snapped quit easily.

On the 90 series it's located (inside) on the top of the rearend housing. Accesible (at least seen anyway)after taking the pto back cover off.

We were about to purchase a 1570 with the same problem so I called our local mechanic (very good one) and asked the best and worst case scenario. He said best is about $250 (?) and through rearend with the pto housing off and worst was about $2500 with having to split the tractor, this was them doing the labor. So it depends on what is broke. Either the little pawl that goes on the differential or something more internal.
