Basicly, you can't tell for sure unless you have knowledge of the tractor from new. No records were kept to prove which ones were and which ones weren't.
The white demonstrator program was for early 1950 tractors only. 1950 C's start at serial number 47010. If I understand Guy Fay's articles on the subject, it would have to be a tractor built in the first quarter of '50 to be a white demonstrator. For a more complete answer, post this question over on the IH/Farmall board, sometimes Guy Fay responds over there.
