I had made a change last week or so that made it so you no longer had to click on the [+] to expand a thread, it would automatically expand when clicking the thread starter. I did this because many people don't understand that you can click the plus sign to see all responses at once.

Anyway, some of you did not like the change - and some were overjoyed with gratitude that the change was made!

So I've decided to go back to how it was, BUT changed the [+] sign to say [expand] so that more people might be able to take advantage of it. But you can ignore it if you like the old format.

You'll only see this affect the newest discussions. Can't change the old ones.

Thanks for everyone's comments,
Kim

Well come to think of it I complained a long time ago about the fact that I couldn't see when the little + was blue or black...getting older syndrome, I guess. Some of the gurus told me my options...but I continued to frown at it. Well, I don't have to do that now...I can see that "expand" color real clear. Thanks a million to the moderator. Fred OH

Kim, I'm glad you returned things to--essentially--the way they were. I can say NOW that I prefer the way you have it now, but until you made the change, if someone had asked, I couldn't have honestly told you WHICH I preferred.

Now I can.

But thanks for trying it a different way.

I liked the (+). Some how with my small brain, I managed to figure it out. I also like the old way of placing time of post. Actually, I don't like change at all.
Hey, maybe the word (GO) could replace the (+).

ditto; I guess my small mind can only handle a narrow range of info comfortably.

What ever you like makes me happy. Took me a day to find the "reply". Am happy either way. Thanks for a great bunch of people.
