Theres a good number of tractors that will fit your bill. You want something with 3 point of some type of 3 point. Depending on how hilly it is you might be able to get by with a trike type which would be cheaper. Shoot I have 2 or 3 tractors that would probably fit your bill and is around your price range. E-mail is open by the way

The problem may be that the B-414 is probably not all that collectible? But would still be a very desirable tractor for use on a small farm or acreage. Another thing to consider is the overall condition of the tractor, are the tires good, paint etc.
One good way to determine the demand for any tractor would be to list it on e-bay, put a relatively low starting bid on it to stir some interest, and make sure you put a reserve on it for a dollar amount that you can live with if it sells. If it doesn't sell, then maybe you are expecting too much. These are just some rambling thoughts, it's not my tractor, so I don't want to tell you what to do.
