I am wondering if someone knows if you can take cultivators off a Farmall B and use them on a BN. I am interested in buying a Farmall BN and know someone that is selling for the right price. However, I also what fully functional cultivators and this does not. But he has a set of B cultivators and I want to know if they can be mounted and adjusted for the narrower rows a BN works on.
Thanks

One other thing i for got to mention was there were two ways to hook up the rear tooling for lifting but the cult will work on your BN. The lever that mounts by the brake lock will make it hard to get on and off if that is the one you are trying to use. gene b

The only difference is the bar that goes from fender to fender for the rear tooling. Is the cult manual lift or exhaust lift. Just shorten that bar by 8in and you are in business. I have one but there would not be a big deal sawing out the 8in. Saw where the rear lift arm is and no one would ever know the difference. Now i am assuming that we are talking about the B-238 MODEL There was also the 221 that had the steerable gangs. I have the owners manuals for both and that bar is the only difference. glad to help i also have some cults if you need any parts. gene b
