is there anything i should look out for on this tractor.i plan to use it for plowing,hauling wagons,and disking.also can anyone tell me how to fix the brakes.thanks

Quickly! Had one for several years, it's a BIG tractor, sold it. There have been some good ones, but they are few and far between. Besides the 24 speed prob, power steering and hydraulics had probs, and rear axles. Brakes require the axle housing to be removed, if I remember correctly. Punt, Pass, or Kick!!!

the 2805 had it's share of problems when they first came out with the 24 speed trans. and the main reason was owners that used it wrong. they came out with a up date that fixed most of the problems. also they are real expensive to over haul. i hope have 500 acers to work because this is a 200 HP tractor and is not a wagon puller

powershift is only one problem, try getting engine parts for one of them, like head gaskets, had to wait over two months for ours
