Use lots of PB Blaster (Walmart) or other penetrant.

Make sure you have the nuts off ALL the studs. If you use the twist the studs idea well just work them back and forth a bit to break them loose little by little, not in one big stud twisting off motion. It won't be much worse if you do twist off one or two, just have to mind more.

You might try makeing a greese zurk set up to go in to the plug holes and then filling the cylinders with greese. But all that will do is lift the head a little but that might be enough to brake it free. Just a wild idea, I know we use to turn an engine over to pop them loose, but if your engine is stuck you can't do that. Hope this gives you some more ideas

Those heads tend to stick to the studs. You may have to double nut the studs and back them out to get the head off.

If the head is stuck to the studs, by double nutting the studs, would'nt you twist the studs off? ..... ....Jer
