Hey guys,
Two questions: first- What kind of pressure does this radiator run under. I need to get or make a gasket for the hood ornament (radiator cap) but didn't know if this radiator opperated under pressure when it got hot like a car. Second- Where can I get parts to rebuild the water pump? I've got it apart, but need the rubber gasket? Thanks so much.

I have done a couple of those D-C h2o pumps and for my money get a rebuilt one There is no pressure on the radiator cut a rubber gasket from napa stock rubber sheets as I have not found case to stil carry radiator gaskets. If you need h2o pump parts or go rebuilt look in OLD ABES NEWS under parts suppliers. If you dont have access to the magazine I can get numbers for you

For a water pump repair kit, why not try your local Case IH dealer? If they don't have one they should be able to order you one. Is there a Gebo's or TSC Store in your area? They also carry repair parts.

Hey Jim, thanks for the plug. Gebo's doesn't carry the parts he's needing. We do, however, have a Herschel/Adams catalog that might have something in it. I've never tries to order from it though.
How's everything in Clovis?
