Start out with no less than 12 lbs in tires and go down from there. If you go below that starting out you will be very disappointed from lack of power.

Try to get it as light as you can. Get that hitch up to the highest you are aloud to. Let a good bit of air out of tires. If its a hard track run about 7.5 to 8 pounds if its a soft one go down to about 5.5 to 6 pounds. I think it is great that you want to go out and try the old girl out,but when you go into a pull with a stock tractor you normally won't do to well. Its fun though, go ahead and give it a try. You never know it might surprise you.

First thing you need to know is the rules for the pull have hitch as high as allowed and as short depending on tire, wheel size run them 8-12 psi also depending on track. If you can its good to have about 200 lbs. to move to front or rear as needed when you get to the pull look at other tractors like yours ask questions most guy will give you pointers and or a little b.s. good luck and the best part have fun!!!
