I am a new owner of a 1957 International Cub. The drive belt that runs the mower keeps jamming in the pulleys and I am sure there must be a trick to how the belt should be run. Can anyone help me?
IS the belt supposed to criss=cross somewhere?
The belt runs from the pto to two pulleys and then to the Tynes mower.
Thank you,
Vince

Correction on the year. It should be a 1975.

Vince, Had a '53 Cub with a Woods belly mower, lucky for me the instructions on how to mount the belt was on a sticker on the mower, else I'd been lost. If you can get a Tynes manual you'll get the straight skinny. As I remember one belt had two twists in it and the other had one twist.
