Does anybody know where I can get any replacement parts or accessories for a Springfield garden tractor? Such as wheel weights, implements etc. Also does anbody have a diagram of the shaft that goes from the bottom of the tractor to the mowing deck? Or maybe a picture or one to sell.

The Springfield tractors were made by the Quick Manufacturing Co. in Springfield, Ohio in the 60's. The company was purchased by Toro in the early to mid 70's. I have a Springfield Model 36 tractor that my great uncle gave me when I was a kid. The last time I was able to get a part for it was around 1979 from a Toro dealer, and even then I remember there was some doubt as to if he could actually get it. Since then I have been able to match up everything I have needed. Any implements or attachments for these machines would probably be hard to come by. I have a parts diagram for my machine and would be happy to send you a copy. E-mail me with your address.

I also have a Springfield Garden Tractor that I plan to restore. It's in good condition now but I would like to know the year, and other pertinent info.

I would really appreciate having a copy of your parts diagram, with thanks.
