If you have a chance to buy a Mogul tractor, shut your eyes and buy it. They are rare and can bring any price the owner wants for it. My great-grandpa had a Mogul 8-16. All that we now is the manual. One of these days, I hope to get a 8-16 Mogul. My manual has some pictures of all the Mogul and Titan tractors. Send me a picture and I can probably tell you what two numbers it is.

I'm no expert on Moguls, but as one of the forerunners to International, I believe any Mogul tractor is quite valuable, depending on condition. If it's complete, it is probably a worthwhile project. However, my experiences working with very, very old tractors (as I believe this probably is) tells me to proceed with caution. Parts are generally next to impossible to come by, if they have to be replaced, and sometimes made from scratch -- very expensive. Gear repair is also very expensive. But, it would be great if you got the old girl working again!
