> I guess no one has the info you are looking for, and you don't have access to a CaseIH dealer with the proper tools, so I will try to help. This proceedure will work on any single disc clutch if you are desperate enough. With tractor split, disc & pressure plate ass'y bolted to flywheel; 1: Adjust release bearing to about 7/8 of the way forward using all normal external adjustment(s). Install any return springs. 2: using a straightedge(s) & square and being as accurate as possible, measure depth from the front mounting surface of the bellhousing to the thrust surface of the release bearing. 3: Using similar tools, measure from contact areas on fingers to the mount face on rear of engine. 4: Adjust finger height to match or 1/8" less than dimension found in 2. Check clutch for freeplay & disengagement as soon as the two halves are bolted up tight, in case further adjustment is needed. Be VERY careful to have all 3 fingers adjusted to EXACTLY the same height. Good luck.
