Lids of those big red toolboxes: closes itself and slams your fingers against the edge of the tool box.
Rear axles:these are one of the things that you crawl underneath and when you try to look up to see where that spring that went flying has landed...you hit your head on it.
Springs:Coils of metal that come in various sizes and shapes...the ones that exert pressure on things (i.e. valve springs)are the worst, because they have a tendency to launch themselves either at you,or across your shop.
Crescent Wrench:A wrench that is adjustable in size so that you can set it to the size you need. These work best on soft brass oil line fittings because here its easy for the wrench to do its job, that is,round of the oil line fittings corners and bust your knuckles.
Safety Goggles:The cheap ones are made so that the lens falls out upon impact by a spark from your angle grinder. The more expensive ones can stand being hit by a spark,it takes 2 sparks to make this lens fall out.
Broom:A stick with a bunch of something on the end. This is made to allow you to sweep the floor of your shop, however this causes the OIL-DRI on the floor to be swept up too....
Work Bench:A table-like item that is covered in assorted items that have accumulated on its top, rendering it useless for placing your engine block on so you can work on that manifold stud that broke off....
Wire Wheel:A wheel made of wire that usually ends up zipping at full speed across your hand and leaving some kind of mat burn.
Dead-Blow Hammer:Used to throw through the shop window when you get frustrated because you cant find that Hard-To-Find part that goes on your tractor.
Shop Rags:Rags that are used for cleaning up oil spills, etc. until such time that there are no more left because you left them inside the hydraulic pump of your tractor and they got ground up by the gears and you had to take your pump apart again...
Tractor:The reason why you ever built a shop in the first place.
Permatex:Dark green-black goo that you put on gaskets to help them seal better. Can only be removed from fingers with alcohol>
JB Weld:An epoxy that is strong as steeland is gas, oil, alcohol, solvent, etc. proof.

15. Creeper, that thing when you're under the truck and it creeps up on you and pulls you by the ankles so you scream and bump your head. Usually related to you by marriage.

Funny thing is, if I use enough alcohol I do not care about the Permatex on my fingers.
