I've got an old Sears Craftsman 3-ton hydraulic jack that's sinking fast. Where can I find a schematic drawing so if I get it apart to replace o-rings etc, I can get it back together.

Would Sears guarantee cover this jack?

If it's an American made jack: Hydraulic Parts Supply, 20234 SE 100th St., Sawyer, KS 67134 Phone 316-594-2247 - I've done business with them for years and they have never failed to come up with the parts I needed.

Greg, if its a major brand, go to the auto parts stores they can get most parts, or give you a phone # for other makes. luck.

Z is right. A good parts store can get kits and parts for most any major American made jack. Hopefully your jack will have a brand and model number on it. That will simplify matters greatly.

If its a Jap or Taiwan jack, just chunk it in the scrap iron pile and go by you another one. Even if you can find parts, a new imported one would be so cheap its not worth messing with overhauling.

Thats just my opinion..... I could be wrong. (apoligies to Dennis Miller)
