ummm... I call this tool a "file," and I find it at almost any hardware store. I am NOT trying to be funny (this time around). I use a file on all of my mower blades. I can put one hell of an edge on a blade in short order, and I can control the "cut" of a file a lot better than the "cut" of a grinder. Mower blades last longer, and I do not upset the balance of the blade, which is something that most people do not consider. A badly balanced blade vibrates. It is far too easy to remove too much stock with a grinder. The sharper the blade, the better your lawn looks, as the grass is cut off rather than torn off. Now, if I were trying to put an edge on a set of brush hog blades, I would use a grinder.
