There is lots of help here! but we need the nitty gritty details. Does it have an electric motor? does it spin? What does the compressor sound like? etc.
Let us know, Rob

hi, my compressor has an electric motor. the pipe thatcomes from the tank broke off to replace the part i had to either take off the motor or the electric switch which is right above broken pipe . when i took the switch off the two metal plates that have the springs sprung apart and now i can not get themto go back together.is there an easy way to fix it? if so please reply asap.

: Why did you take the pressure control apart? If you can't get it together, get a new one and a replacement pipe.

If the broken pipe waS WELDED ON, YOU WILL NEED TO DO THE SAME THING. It will be too hard to tap out.
