Is there a brazing rod that will work to braze some cracks on my 8N sheet metal. I want to use rods that will work with a propane torch or mapp gas torch. I do not have an acetylene/oxygen torch.

Propane won't get you enough heat fast enough, not sure about the MAPP. Get a piece of scrap metal and try it. Silver solder should do for small cracks. Get an old fender or door and try it. If it looks good to you, go for it. Good luck! Joe Fabregas

No offense intended but brazing sheet metal for the first time can be disastrous.
to small of a torch , air poropane will warp the crap out of the metal by the time it gets hot euogh to melt the braze. Get access to solid wire 110 volt mig. Steel wire is stronger than brass and has much much less heat input
